Administrative, legal and technical affairs at the University are performed by the Secretariat of University through professional services, office of the Rector and Vice-Rectors. The Secretariat is managed by the Secretary General, who performs the tasks within the activities of the University and its bodies in the following areas:

  • administrative law and administrative affairs;
  • teaching;
  • scientific research;
  • publishing;
  • international cooperation;
  • finance;
  • investment construction;
  • protocol tasks and public relations;
  • information - documentation support;
  • economic and technical activities;
  • facilities management and their security;
  • auxiliary and other activities.
