AILA EBIC Meeting Held In Sarajevo

Ahead of the World Congress of the International Association for Applied Linguistics (AILA) in 2020, the Association for Applied linguistics in BiH (AALBiH) in cooperation with the BURCH University hosted AILA’s Executive Board (EB) and International Committee (IC) three-day long meeting. In the meeting, AILA EBIC members analyzed the progress of the local organizing committee, and proposed further steps in the organization of the Congress.

AALBiH President Professor Dr. Akbarov and his team members presented their report on AILA 2020 preparations. The AILA members also extended their invitation for AALBiH to represent Bosnia and Herzegovina in the upcoming AILA World Congress 2017 which will be organized in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
