Seminar “Experiences in applying the Real Estate Law of Federation of BiH” held in Bihać

As it was mentioned on seminar, it is very important that this law establishes legal unity of real estate, which means land and building at the same time. So in the future there will not be different legal regime for the property that includes land and building, it will be treated as the single property unit, same as land only.

The seminar participants agreed to the fact that professional education in the area of real estate law is undoubtedly missing, and expressed their satisfaction that the Social Sciences Research Center has organized this event in Bihać exclusively. At the seminar closing certificates of participation were awarded, and Mr. Esad Oruč, Director of the Center, once again thanked the participants for presence at the seminar.
