Successfully Held First APTIS Test Session

In line with the strategy of improving the education provided, International Burch University, through the CEC started with organizing Aptis test sessions, which measures the level of English knowledge.

First group consisted of academic and administrative staff, among others Dean of Faculty of Economics and Social Studies, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Teoman Duman, and Dean of Faculty of Engineering and IT, Prof. Dr. Yusuf Turan, stressed the importance of the personal development and agreed to be example to others.

Testing sessions will continue on a monthly basis, and all members of academic and administrative staff will be involved. Also testing sessions will be soon opened for public, as well as corporations, that could be interested in reaching excellence in language knowledge and establishing certain standard under the auspices of British Council and Continuing Education Center.
